My name is Kelly “B” Forbes. My Papa and Keke created the company “Kelly B’s Plastic Products” back in 1986. Whenever I asked Papa, “Why did you get into this business?” He said, “Because of the need of having individual containers to ship Queen Bee’s that would be cheaper for bee keepers.” Whenever he asked his friend to make it, his friend said, “Why don’t you make it yourself?” So, that is how Papa ended up buying the business and naming it Kelly B’s…after me…but also because they were going to ship the individual Queen Bee’s.

However, Papa quickly found out that the bee keepers did not want to switch to a new product even though it would have been cheaper. He had to get creative in how to make his business a success and started to create liners for baskets that could also be individualized. This concept is applicable in the new focus of Kelly B’s by being able to individualize our supports, and with molding our services to meet your needs.

I have re-launched the business name with a new focus. I am here to help teachers, leaders, schools, and districts in any way that I can. To truly be of service! I personalize the training, supports, assistance, professional development, etc. to meet the needs of your school and/or district. This is not a one-size fits all approach, or a canned presentation/program, but one that is unique to you and addresses your needs.
